Done in Inkscape, built off of a sketch of Rainbow Dash by Lauren Faust for the pitch bible.

Proof Luna is best pony.

Also I started this before Luna appeared in episode 4, so her hair's still in the old style. EDIT: Besides the fact that her old hair is better anyway.

What, the pose? It's built off of one of Lauren Faust's in the pitch bible, so I can't tell you no. And actually I think it'd be pretty cool to see somebody else's take on my idea. If you're talking about using the Inkscape file I posted below to do it, that's totally fine too. Just let me see the results, yeah? Sorry about the late response, I haven't been checking dA as much of late.
